Bailey has been playing piano since she was six years old, taking lessons most recently with Dr. Marina Gorelaya in Cortland, NY. If you are looking for a pianist for special events, feel free to send her a message.

She also currently teaches piano with Cumberland Valley School of Music, in Chambersburg, PA, and is an adjunct piano instructor at Barbara Ingram School for the Arts, in Hagerstown, MD.

I want to be their biggest cheerleader; to celebrate with them when they figure things out, and to help encourage them when they get stuck. Above all, I want them to know that they’re allowed to make mistakes, and that there’s always a story to tell."

Bailey has music directed for Totem Pole Playhouse’s production of A Christmas Carol in the past, and is currently the music director for Shippensburg Area Senior High School's Drama Club. She recently music directed Mean Girls, Jr. as part of TPP’s 2025 Summer Musical Theatre Camp, as well as Honk, Jr in 2023.

While attending SUNY Cortland, she worked as Assistant Music Director with Jacob Carll for many productions, including Urinetown, Little Women, The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee, and Head Over Heels, where she helped accompany many rehearsals.

Bailey has enjoyed playing in the pit for musicals at Waynesboro Area Senior High School, Shippensburg Area Senior High School, and Mercersburg Academy, all located in PA.​
